Q: Where did the name Mouse & Wren come from?

Mouse & Wren is named after two of my most favourite humans on the planet: my sisters, Martha Mouse and Wrenna.

Q: How many people work at Mouse & Wren?

1. Just me. Jen. Stuff like website design and product photography, designing and printing stationery, creating jewellery with different mediums, social media and youtube, customer service, packing and shipping orders, I do it all. And I wouldn't have it any other way. I LOVE my little corner of the internet that allows me to share my creations with the world.

Q: Where is your stationery printed?

Most of the stationery I sell is printed in-house. Like, literally, in my home studio in Amherstburg, Ontario. Products that I am unable to print (eg: postcards, and only because I can't source the stock) are ordered from Canadian owned and operated print shops.

Q: Do you use AI generated art in any of your creations?

That's a great question that I'm happy to answer. NO. I use authentic vintage graphics, public domain images, and commercial use artwork that I purchase from real artists. The world doesn't need anymore AI slop.

Q: Where do you find all your thrifted treasures?

Well, I'm a serial thrifter. Seriously. And all my favourite people like to thrift too. When my sister comes to visit from Montreal we go thrifting because she says the thrift stores in Essex County are better than in Montreal. I also find a lot on Marketplace.
